You have 48 HOURS from the order receiving date to exchange your purchase from Bonbon.
Conditions for making an exchange
The items must:
- Have all their labels.
- Be accompanied by original price tags and receipt.
- Be in perfect, resalable and unused
- Not damaged.
What can I exchange for?
You can change the size or color of your items, or even the item itself for a different one, provided that the items exchanged are in their original condition and packaging, and are neither used nor damaged.
However, if you want to exchange it for another item of a different value, you must pay the difference (extra amount).
Defective product exchange
In case you received a defective product you can exchange it, and we’ll send you the new product without charging you delivery fees. However, the defects that slightly diminish the value of the product or its use, as well as, tolerable defects, do not require any guarantee from our side.
If you think that at the moment of delivery the product is not as stipulated in the Contract, you must contact us immediately on our contact form, providing the product details and the damage sustained. Our team will ask you to take photos to prove that the item you received is defective.
Then, we will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by email within a reasonable period if the product may be exchanged. The replacement shall take place as soon as possible after the date on which we send you an email confirming it.
Exchange fees
All exchange fees are to be paid by the customer, except in case of an exchange due to our fault.
Exchange time frame
The exchange process takes up to 7 working days to be completed. However, this process is completed only after the exchanged item reach our store, and after testing it and approving the exchange process.
Before this approve, we’re not bind to exchange any product under any circumstance.
MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED BUT IT'S WRONG. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the unlikely event you're missing an item, or have receive a wrong item/order, please contact us immediately with the following information and we'll sort that right away;
- Your order number
- The name of the item you didn't receive
- A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)
Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!
ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH MISSING/WRONG ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.
I haven’t received the item but I don’t want it anymore. Can I cancel the order?
If your order has not yet been delivered and the items have not yet been assigned to a driver, the “Cancel” button will be available on your order details page.
Click it for the specific items you wish to cancel. In this case, you will not be penalized.
In case your order has not yet been delivered but the delivery has been assigned to our drivers, you will only be able to access the “Return” button and to proceed with an exchange (in case approved) in which you will need to cover the delivery fees.
“We don’t usually offer refund, but if you’re not satisfied with your purchase and couldn’t find a different product to exchange on it, we’ll return the product and refund its value. Don’t worry we value you more than the return cost so we are very fair in the process”.
